Legal framework
Feelingjack LP is subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as an entity registered in the United Kingdom. For users residing in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) also applies. This reform strengthens the rights of individuals and requires all companies to comply with the processing, collection, recording, storage, communication and destruction of personal data collected by the company and its subcontractors.
Data hosting
Data hosting is managed directly by Feelingjack on a cloud infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean in the Netherlands. The database management system and the data in Germany and the United Kingdom (adequate data protection jurisdiction under EU adequacy decision)
Feelingjack LP and all of its subcontractors certify that they comply with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR regulations.
Data management
The data is collected on behalf of the projet organiser. The customer is the owner of the data and may use it for any legitimate purpose in order to hold the project.
The data is kept for 2 years or until a request for deletion is received directly from the organiser. Requests made directly to Feelingjack by participants are forwarded to the organisers concerned (owners of the information) in the first instance.
Use of data
Access to data is restricted to the customer by means of rights management in the back office. Feelingjack may need to see the data as part of the support offered to customers.
User accounts are kept by Feelingjack as long as they are actively used and for up to 2 years after use.
An account can be deleted on request, after verification of the email concerned. Invoices and accounting elements relating to transactions between Feelingjack and the Client are kept in accordance with the accounting rules in force.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are used for technical reasons in the authentication section of the platform and to use part of the application.

Data security control
Security is regularly audited and our staff implement all the necessary technical solutions according to need and the state of the art. All exchanges between servers or with our customers are encrypted.
Applicable law
This privacy policy is governed by English law (England and Wales). Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Edinburgh (Scotland, United Kingdom).
